Some times we will stuck with error similar to below in a new flow or in an existing flow.
"recipient" is no longer present in the operation schema. It should be removed before the workflow is re-saved.
If it happens, just re-open and save it. This will fix the issue. In the worst case scenarios, we might need to create the process flow from scratch.
